No it doesn't. It has one Sabre 9018 chip which has 8 DACs inside the one chip, 4 per channel. That's called dual differential mode.

Any pics of one of these with a Mac mini stacked?

I have no idea about the exact measurements of both, but if they "fit" would make a beautiful setup on any room imo.

The Mac Mini is around 1 inch smaller on the left to right and 1 inch smaller from front to back. I was hoping they would be the same size also...Still looks nice side by side though.
