Sorry, could you post a photo of those output ports?

they are both RCA outputs

I still think it'll be clearer if you take a picture.

Are these the Bose speakers listed in your signature? Those are active, so you should definitely try and get a line out. If you don't have one, you'll just have to make do with a regular "stereo" jack (usually a green one, 3.5mm) and max computer volume while keeping speaker volume on minimum.

My Computer wiring:

Bose Speakers(+,- wiring)->Bose PS48 Subwoofer(Front Left and Right Outputs)->8 Pin Cable connect to Bose Media Center-> RCA cables in TV outputs->RCA cables to 3.5mm Stereo convertor-> Computer Stereo Out

Digital out doesnt make sense with speakers when there is nothing in between.

maybe it is helpful to make a drawing of your setup.

I saw the pictures of course but I dont know what you really want. Now you are using your stereo output of your PC? This means the onboard soundcard??

If I am right you have an optical input at your media center. My logical suggestion would be to directly connect the media center to the PC via digital and then all your speakers tvs etc..

I am not sure right now. Maybe you are driving myself crazy. As I saw you have a SPDIF output at your PC and an optical (Toslink) input at the Bose. Thats a problem. You will have to get either an spdif 2 optical converter or an usb 2 optical converter. With this stuff you can pass your music digital to your media center. So right now you have to choose an interface which  which converts spdif/usb digital data to Toslink digital data (signals)..
