Do cable turtles work for thicker cables as the Denon D2000?

It's finally getting bearable outside in SW Ontario. I'm thinking of bringing my cans on the road but the cable is quite long, 3m. I was wondering if anyone used a cable turtle to solve this and which sized one? The cable seems so thick, I worry if I spin it around something so little it would damage the wiring.

Thoughts?

I use the biggest size turtle out there as the cable is rather thick and you don't want to lose signal by "spinning" it too tight. I have 5 of them in my RV. Works perfect.

Regards.
