Hi there Head-fi i havent been around for about 5 years, my last rig was a CD Player + PINT amp+Etymotic ER4s t hink it was. My current rig is the Iphone 4 Playing Apple lossless, Its superportable and sounds good, I dont want to use an amp just some nice IEM's for around $200 or less prefereably about $150. I'm talking non-amped IEM's. Thanks for any help.

Ive decided to get the fisher audio dba-02 as reccommended in another review they look really nice i think. I dont need an amp to run these will I?

the DBA-02's should run fine unamped like most efficient IEM's

Ive changed my mind to go for the cheaper RE-ZERO's after reading about them, i need to save some $$$ so thats why i opted for them. They should run fine without an amp yes?

RE0's aren't the best phones for unamped use. without an amp, I personally found them to be a bit lacking in terms of bass, amped, they were just adequate (not a negative thing, more isn't better in many cases)

RE-Zero are fine unamped, though the sound might be a bit fatiguing when you're not using an amp, the overall sound signature is fairly analytical and punchy.

How about Radius DDM,

this monsters work just fine without an amp...
