KPOP sound quality improvements

Has anyone noticed the improvements in the sound quality on the lastest KPOP albums? I don't know whats going on, but the newer music sound very good.  If anybody has not heard of KPOP, you should give it a try, its very unique, and newer music is produced with great sound quality.

I'm talkin about the improvements in audio quality, not improvements in performer's looks. :P

Those are all mashups, though.

I don't particularly like KPop but I listened to "Oh!" on my HD558s and WTF, the stereo separation and electronic sounds are CRAZY!  I listen to KPop now like ear-candy because the mastering tends to be awesome.

 

I think it's because K-Pop dominates the korean music scene and makes tons of money overseas as well, and naturally the producers are very well-funded and continually master their craft with pretty much full financial freedom.

I know, I just wanted to introduce KPOP for folks that have never experienced the quickly dominating music trend.  And you are right, I never heard electronic music sound  so detailed as the way KPOP music is produced.  The vocals are very crisp also.  Even last year's stuff, I didn't notice any noticible quality improvements with better listening equipment, but with the recently produced stuff, I hear better quality with better audio equipment.  Generally pop music is not produced with quality sound, and in this regard, KPOP is very unique.
