The Little Dragon Album I have is called Little Dragon. cool.gif

Also another relaxing album I listen back to back from Little Dragon is Charango I don't know much about them all I know is it's freaking soothing.

The two albums I two tend listen to one behind each other for some weird reason. rolleyes.gif

A good song to nap: "Everything" by lifehouse.

In the midst of a series of >100 hour workweeks, a coworker once walked into my office to find me laid flat on the industrial carpeting over a concrete floor, sleeping while Pat Metheny's Zero Tolerance for Silence blasted on the speakers. He told me about it later; I don't remember much of that time, myself.

So I can say that in some circumstances, dissonant antimusic can work. Your mileage may vary.

Funny as it sounds but I find good smooth Jazz when I'm in bed quite awaking!. I get into the music so much that I lose interest in sleeping.

I used to nap to Miles Davis' In A Silent Way. Led to some... interesting dreams.

Yeah, that's great relaxin' music!

I find The Roots' "How I Got Over" to be good for falling asleep.  Especially "Dear God 2.0."
