just put together a system:
wadia ipod transport > burson ha-160d > senn hd650 w/ moon audio black dragon cable
i have about 30h of playtime but still hoping this system mellows out some. right now its very forward and finding the highs a little painful. anything over about 9 o'clock on the burson is pretty fatiguing. also, i am using ALAC and maybe thats adds more digital fatigue. my new phono pre will arrive today so i can do some comparing with vinyl.
