To be fair, the A100 sounds different than the D1100, but same type of sound sig to be sure.

I believe A100 are limited edition, hence the high price tag.
I cannot believe that A100 has the same driver as D1100.
I have the A100 since yesterday and they sound beautiful, not such a driver from a LowFi headphone. But I never heared the D1100 and believe they sound so detail.
