Anyone using a "high end" DAC with Asgard?

I've been happy with my HE-5LE and Asgard together, but wonder how much better it can get. I've considered getting an all-in-one unit like the Burson HA-160D or Audio Gd NFB-10WM. I've thought about just trying a different amp first, like a Violectric V181, the older GCHA, or the up coming LYR. But I guess the main thing I'm wondering about here is how well the Asgard can scale with a different source. Has anyone tried it with any of the DACs in the $1-1.5k range? If so, what are your impressions.

Hi, I just received my Audio GD REF5 last week. I have been using it with my Woo6SE so far, but, I will plug my Asgard in it, as sometimes I just listen to music for 30 ~ 45 minutes and I don't want to use the Woo for such a short period of time.... Although the REF5 is not burned yet, I'll give it a try and come back to you. To be honest, I do not expect a lot, as I originally bought the Asgard to plug my Ipod in it......but it's probably worth the try...
