^ Pretty interesting. Never heard a 580.

Edit: I have a sense you may be interested in this comparison. Oh yes you are!

Has anyone tried the WA3 or WA2 from Woo Audio with the 600s?  I am awaiting delivery of the 600s and am trying to find an amazing, immersed in the music amp to go with them.  Suggestions?

I've used the WA3 and the HD600s plenty.  It's a wonderful combo.  Better than either of my Asgards, but not quite as good as from my Trafomatic.

I believe tyle did a comparison of the bottlehead crack and woo amp on a youtube video.  but I can't find it.

Hey guys, sorry to ask an apples to oranges question but has any compared these to the ie80's? Trying to decide between the two :/

Really is apples to oranges :) Do you need a portable? Isolation? That will help us help you. What's your current rig?

Well I just sold my hd598's, and was deadset on upgrading to the hd600's. But I found out I can get the ie80's for about the same price, and was wondering if they were comparable. Portability would be great, but I wouldn't want a huge sacrifice in sound... My source is a dragonfly 1.2 dac for now.

No dude.  get the 600

Wow that big of a difference huh? Are the ie80's at least better than hd598s? Because if not I really can't justify the price for them...

You are comparing a motorbike to a sedan, mate!

The bad news is that the dragonfly is not nearly enough for the HD600.

If you want IEM's, get the Shure SE535. My 2c.
