Amp placement near LCD monitor?

Would there be any damaging effects to either/or? I just got my first larger size amp (Matrix M-Stage) and was curious if there were any repercussions for placing it very close to my 22" LCD monitor. Did a quick search on here and Google but nothing really came up.. so I am thinking that it is probably no. I still would like some confirmations though, thanks!

damaging?  none.

 

You might pick up noise from the CCFL inverters (if not an LED backlit monitor) or SMPS or something, i don't know, i never had an issue when i put my spare LCD on an amp :)

Nothing would happen. Don't worry. There is a good reason why these gears get thick metal boxes.
