For Sale:
SOLD: Mapletree Audio Design, Ear HD+
Will Ship To: Anywhere
I never wanted/planned on selling this amp, especially so soon, but because of my recent purchase of LCD-2's and loss of work, this sad day has actually came.
I'm selling my Mapletree Ear HD+, which I just bought from Olias, nearly a month ago. The Mapletree is in perfect working order, and is in very very good cosmetic shape. In the original ad, the sides were unfinished, but I took the time to buff the sides up with a little bit of wood wax. It will also include the stock tubes.
The amp has also had the PDPS Mod. So like Olias said, he didn't know what the unmodded the Mapletree sounds like to compare, but him and I can tell you, it definitely sounds darn good with it!
THIS AMP IS THE PERFECT MATCH FOR GRADOS, Especially RS1's! It even worked well with my Sennheiser HD650's and Audez'e LCD-2's
I'm asking what I paid for it: $400 + Shipping & Paypal, unless marked as a Gift. I'm pretty firm with this price, as it is a STEAL, as it was for me when I bought it.
If you were to buy it from Mapletree, not only would there be a wait time, it would be $620 unassembled, or $700 assembled + taxes, etc. And anyone who has heard this amp with any Grado, knows why it's so highly acclaimed with them and many other headphones!
I would consider trading for a Cavalli Amp, M^3 w/P11 psu, Meier Concerto, Burson, etc amp.
Here is a link to the original post from Olias, for some pics:

EDIT: I posted a picture of the sides, because a couple people have asked me to. As you can see by the picture the buffing/waxing isn't as shiny as a lacquer, but to be honest, I really like the way it looks now because the finish is more suited for the amp. I think a lacquer would've make the amp look tacky.
