Vintage headphones - help me identify them

Hello all Head-Fi's!

I have an old pair of headphones (bought way back in 1990 from a second hand shop, in Romania, if this matters...) and i really like to know the manufacturer of them since i didn't found any audio company named "Elite". Since i found this forum i knew this is the best place to ask this. Details about the headphones:

- they pretty decent, but not that good as 2000's full headphones

- they have written in german and english on them (links / left)

- they have a potentiometer on each ear-cup

So, anyone know who made this old cans?

Thanks for your help!

The design is very KOSS (HV 1/2 line mix) based and Koss manufactured and develop headphones back in the 70th in europe. It would help a lot to see the front of the acoustic lens or the driver.

I don't know what to say... They can be KOSS, but... what's the matter with the ELITE logo on them? blink.gif

PS: Hope these pics helps...

Nothing in those pics looks like Koss. These also pop up as the 'Leslie W4'.

Considering this thread is more than 2 years old I think we can assume the OP figured it out by now.

Haha, I'm sure, but lots of other people read old threads looking for information. I was looking for something else completely and found it. ...and since I've been inside just about every set of cans Koss ever made...

Yes these are exactly the same as Leslie W4
