Need help looking for an AMP

So I have a nice new pair of Klipsch Image One headphones and I am absolutely loving them! But my sound card is not very good, its a creative labs card that came with my Crosshair Formula III motherboard, and my Android phone isn't doing them any justice either. So I want to know what is the best AMP for these headphones. Obviously nothing to expensive or exotic as these are not EXTREMELY high end cans, but high end enough to were an AMP will make them sound wonderful. Any suggestions?

My limit is under $100. And any well trusted retail/bid site will do.

Also why are most Headphone AMPs Chinese? I am iffy whether I should get anything from China.

I think I will get the little CMOY AMP. I would really appreciate it if some could at least look at this topic!

This is pathetic! I am going to find another Hi-fi site that people actually visit!

great attitude. Check out fiio they have some very cheap (E5 is less than $20) basic headphone amps that will definitely boost the quality of your headphones sound.
