Mid level Amp for recording studio monitoring / mixing

Appreciate any help here.

Trying to get an amp for around $200 for critical listening / mixing checks.

Considering things like, M-Stage, Caliente, or Asgard...

Woo WA3 looks nice but a bit above budget and it may be best to not go w/ tubes as I need clean-true.

Warming characteristics may not be appropriate for mixing purposes.

Headphones used are AT MH50's, Alessandro M1, Sennheiser 280's...

I have quality A-D conversion (Burl) D-A (Apogee) and Summing (Shadow hills) which will feed the headphone amp.

I'm also considering getting a pair of Denon 2k's.

Much thanks for any thoughts!
