Hi guys, I'm have been thinking about buy an DT990 premium, and I'll need an amplifier the first thing that comes to my mind is the Fiio E9, and when a get more money I buy one E7...

But them my friends recommended these:

They will do a better ou similar job than the Fiio E9 amp, and the Fiio e9 + E7 combo?

My sound card is one x-fi titanium

My two cents: I was using the udac2 (not a bad sound at all) and switched to this tube hybrid amp and my feeling is that the tubes really help the DT990's shine. I will admit that from my old guitar playing days that I'm predisposed to the tube sound over that of solid state. (Fournier DAC-1 $230 Ebay). I have not heard the E9 but heard that its pretty transparent - something I don't think is necessarily a good thing with the DT990's (there are things you want to soften). If you want to skip the dac part of the amp and use your soundcard, the stand alone amp is like $50 less. Anyway, I really have been enjoying this setup. Good Luck.
