I listen to stuff like country, grateful dead, phish, the flecktones etc etc

 

thinking of just going unamped straight to my iphone but may pickup a cheap amp as well.

not only that but people arent saying what "other" they prefer.

 

Grados leak too much sound bus daily bus travel etc etc

If you're willing to go to the $150 range look into the M50 and HFI-580, IMO the HFI-580 were better but its a preference thing*the feuding cans on here for newbies it would seem*
