(And I hope that it's easier for you to find something to eat than in Shanghai. New Years is a tough season for expats here.)

So you can hear the fireworks going off outside your window too?  

 

Didn't realize there were more Shanghai Head-fiers.  And yeah, my usual dinner joint is closed this week, as are most of my backups.

City Super Market at the Shanghai Centre on Nanjing Xilu was open today. And there is always the hotel cafes...

Heh, I was just at the one south of People's Square on HuaiHai Zhong.

 

Kind of a tangent, but do you know any nice Head-fi shops besides Soundluck in this town?

No. But this is a new years's thread, not another Shanghai is a crappy place to buy headphones thread.

I went to bed early last night so that I could get up early for the Super Bowl here at O'Malley's in the French Concession. Well... you're not getting to sleep too early on the last day of Chinese New Year in Shanghai. Pretty loud! :-)
