I just wanted to say that Monster deserves more credit than it gets for its Customer support. About two weeks ago Sunday, my cat got a hold of my Monster Turbine Pros and sliced them up into 5 pieces. I knew stuff like this isnt covered in warranties cuz it was my own fault, but I called their customer support anyway. After waiting about 5-10 minutes, I was talking to this really nice guy who had me explain what happened (told him it was caught in a door, was too embarassed). He told me what I expected, that it wasnt covered, but he decided to send me a replacement as a courtesy! Tell me thats not amazing. Then he took down my info, gave me an RA and told me to ship my shredded ones out (only sent 3 parts, y'know, to keep with the door story) to their office. Sent them out Monday last week, and lo and behold, I got a new pair today. Not only that, this one was actually a newer model. The set that I had, and I'm sure most others, had a straight jack, but this one actually has a right-angle connector like the box always claimed! All I can say is, Thanks, Monster, you all are much more professional than most people give you credit for.
