AH-D2000 vs. DT 770 (250ohm) ?!

I think I have it narrowed down but the 2 I'm looking at I haven't really found a good comparison.  As I'm still new to this crack called head-fi, my only knowledge of anything Beyer is my MMX 300's I use for gaming.  And since they are 32 ohm I run them easy through the Astro mixamp.  Now I want to put a set up together for work.  I would like to know what you guys think about the Denon AH-D2000 vs. the Beyer DT 770 (250)?  I like the closed design to block out noise in my office and when I first got my MMX 300 I listened to music with them at work for a couple days while waiting for my mixamp to come in.  My reason for comparing these two sets are 1. they are closed, 2. close enough in price, 3. I have a little experience with the Beyers based on my 300's.  I will be using an amp or either.  The one big question I have in the 2 sets is the AH-D2000 are 25 ohm and the DT 770's are 250 ohm.  Because I will be using an amp how will that difference come into play? Are these 2 sets very comparable, or does one blow the other out of the water? Anything like that will help.

Thanks!

Wow, I would have thought this may have sparked some kind of debate.  I see that  LOT of people on here own all kinds of Beyer's and there has to be a few of you that either have owned the AH-D2000 and tried the DT series or vice versa!? Anyone?

I tried both the DT 770 Pro-80, and the DENON AH-D2000. To me the 770's were too veiled and muddy.
