What's a good pair of headphones for about £50

I know good audio quality but that is not what I'm looking for here. I simply want a pair of headphones that will represent sound fairly accurately when for example when I plug it into my electronic piano to practise (and not scare anyone with the cacaphony), watch stuff late at night, will play some music/films/games alright.

At this price range, I won't be looking for anything more than a pair of headphones that doesn't try and overextend itself (as i have become accustomed over the years to more "reference" gear, such as custom iems or studio monitors). That said, I don't want to just pop into Argos and buy whatever cos I trust Head-Fi.  Also wouldn't mind used gear, whether here on or on ebay.

Thanks.

Goldring DR150 (open; comfy as long as head not too big);
Creative Aurvana Live! (closed though not geat isolation; pretty much universally praised for comfort).

These two are just either side of £50 at Amazon.

You can also check the Shure SRH240's.
