I need new headphones for my iPod, and it's between these two.
For those of you who have tried both, which one do you prefer? What matters is the sound quality.
I don't care about volume-control or "sound-cancelling" technology, by the way.

Ive have the original PX100s and had the PX200 and IMO the PX100 had better bass. Also I couldnt get the litte cups of the PX200s to fit my ears well. The PX100s are no good for isolation though.
Also Im not sure how the originals differ from the -IIs
I have the PX-100II, and the ipod has no problem playing well with them. I prefer them to the Yuin earbuds that cost a little less.
PX100's are a semi/open design, they sound slightly better than the PX200's though, the PX200's are muddier and slightly bassier in my memory
Hi,
The PX 100-II offers a strong bass while the PX 200-II is more neutral sounding. As paulypaul has mentioned, the former is open-back hence it'll leak more than the latter.
Thanks for the input.
The cord on my old PX 100 is no good, so I need a new pair. I've borrowed the PX 200-II, but thought the bass sounded kind of weak (as Rosmadi kind of pointed out), but they're not completely burned in yet, so it's hard to say. They sound very good with classical music, but I miss the bass when listening to rock and metal. I haven't tried PX 100-II.
