I would avoid sanyo to be honest. How about something like this? http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-26C100U-26-Inch-Black-Gloss/dp/B0038JED6C/ref=sr_1_8?m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&s=tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1302001830&sr=1-8

I've been extremely satisfied with my LG 32LD450. 120Hz is actually a pretty nice feature, but it can be really odd when you're getting used to it. Also, if you're a Netflix member, it's really, really nice to be able to stream video without worrying about separate boxes and remotes. This being head-fi though, I can't say much for the speaker quality, though probably about the same as other tv's in this price range!

I'd save up for a 1080i set with 120Hz. You should be able to find one for $300-$400. Don't buy something that doesn't fit your needs. You'll just end up buying something else.
