This quick review is done after a few hours of listening. I bought them from B&H for the decent sum of 150$. If you've done your research you'll find out that Ultrasone HPs are known for their...
I auditioned the SRH-1840 straight out of the box, and was unsatisfied with the sound, so I decided to give them a period of break-in. Recent scientific studies have shown definite differences...
I didn't think of TEAC when I began searching for a dedicated CD player. My initial short list included Denon, Cambridge, Marantz, Onkyo. The Teac intrigued me, so I went for it. It is very...
Sennheiser HD-598s are the most comfortable headphones I've had the opportunity to use. I recommend these wholeheartedly for any first-time hi-fi buyer because of their excellent soundstage and...

Dude, have you done any reading on this forum at all? The HD600 has been around for, what, 10 years now? There are piles of amps that are well suited to drive it. By starting this thread, you're just going to get a bunch of recommendations for the current fotm (asgard, etc.), but if you use the magic search function instead, you may find a number of older and cheaper gems. Good luck and have fun.
I have to agree with acidbasement. This same amp question has been around ever since the HD600 came out in 1996, and probably 100 amps got recommended for it by now.
So enjoy reading the different topics on headfi. What I can tell you is that it would be better for you in the UK to buy a european/asian product because of the import taxes you'll have to pay on the USA products. Good luck!

This forum fails.
I ask about "thing" and get nonsense
I made a very reasonable suggestion- Regardless of weather im selling my amp or not, Meier pairs well with the HD600....not that non sensible when you think about it. If anything fails are your search abilities, because this has really been beaten to death.
