i wonder what it would be like to have HALEY as a GIRLFRIEND/WIFE.

would she SING little songs while she did my LAUNDRY and cooked my DINNER?

that would be too awesome.

In Mandarin (Or Cantonese) it has to be Faye Wong. Her Japanese songs are quite good also.

In Nihon:

Rie fu, Hitomi Kuroishi, Maaya Sakamoto, Lia

I have plenty of Japanese female vocalists, but those are the ones I really consider to be the best. Plus they aren't chipmunks, which always helps.

ZARD, Izumi Sakai has one of the best voice in the industry for the decade plus she was in the business since 1991. She will be missed.

i recently found Yukako Hayase on youtube.  She's pretty dreamy and was fairly popular in her day, tho its hard to find mp3's or even imports of her work (at least in my country).  here's a playlist i made: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=7BE6235047E40D8E

something different (and IMO totes awesome, no matter what country its from)

Yeah she is one of my favourites too. So sad when i found out she passed away. Do you have recommendations for an IEM that is good for her songs. I currently have the Cowon J3. Someone mentioned the Audio Technica is good for her songs.

I love that song. I also like nostalgia (2004 version).
