Little Dot MKII+ for AKG 500

so I got them, ans love the way it sound out of this but its still set for my 32ohm cans, how do I change it to accommodate these? I looked at the manual but didn't fully understand the concept of the jumpers*being sick didn't help either*

can anyone explain to me how the switches work? or have like a diagram or something, sorry my sick brain cant grasp this concept hahah.
