Sennheiser HD25-1 or HD25-1 II

So I thought I bought a second-hand Sennheiser HD25-1 II but upon closer look I discovered that on the side it says: "HD 25-1" and not "HD 25-1 II"

 

Does this mean I have bought the old version? And if so, what is is the difference between the old and the new "II" one? I did not receive any packaging or accessories with the headphones so it's hard to tell which version I have.
