Sennheiser HD 25 changing cable!!

Hi guys,i'm new on the head-fi and this is my first post!!

I'm planning to buy Sennheiser hd 25 and i was wondering if it's possible to change the cable on them.I want to put shorter cable because i'll be using  them mostly on the go,on my way to work,gym and so on...

The original in just to long for every day use!!

No shorter cables from Sennheiser. You can get one from people who make custom cables though - see Head-Fi Sponsors side-bar on the right.

you could build your own with connectors like these, but it would be expensive and complicated if you dont have the experience (?), is not that long really, get a rubber band tongue.gif

I actually didn't know there is shorter cable that goes with this phones.I just sow the one with 3m !!

I sow HD 25 SP that comes with 3m cable and i thought all of them have the same cable but HD 25-1-2  and Adidas HD 25-1-2 have 1.5 m!!biggrin.gif

Yes, thats correct. For me it's perfect length for keeping my rig in a sweatshirt pocket. The only issue is that if I'm moving around the cord sometimes get caught on things or bumps things (microphonic) so I usually just zip it under my hoodie to keep that from happening.
