Fiio LOD questions

Hi All,

    Am about to pull the trigger on one of their LODS for my 6G Nano:

- any comments re durability ? I suspect that we get what we pay for, but I havent seen any criticisms thus far

- I am going for the L5 simply because 20 AUD is still very cheap for a LOD cable : I guess thats conditioning for you - any comment on L1/L3/L5 differences ?

Given that it doesnt seem anyone has tried both LODs, I am going to buy the L1 and L5 and see if I can tell any difference in SQ.

Yep - I've checked my X1060 and it does seem to have a socket for such a LOD :)

Seriously, you are correct, and it appears that I now have to buy all 3 and post my impressions - taking one for the team is rarely this cheap. Definitely cheaper than accruing %##^! DAPs ...

Received the L1 last night, and so far I am very impressed with the improvement over the headphone out on my 6G Nano. Inevitably, the true test of any product is how well it performs over time, but I have had a couple of more expensive (interconnect) cables fail so I'll just wait and see how the tiny cable on the L1 fares over the weeks ahead.
