I am probably making a mistake letting these go but after 1 and half years of trying to convince myself that I was going to get back into headphones it just hasn't happened I am just too into speakers right now. So my beloved K-501s are for sale. $160 plus shipping which will probably be around $15.
I bought these joys brand new in March 2008. They are in like new condition if I say so myself. I replaced the pads with brand new ones before I boxed them up about 18 months ago. (I have 4 pairs of new K-501/K-500 pads for sale in another add $20 a piece). Original box and 1/4 adapter.
Since I am parting with these and I love them so much I will sing their praises one last time.
The HD-555, HD-580, HD-650, K-701, K-340, Audio Techica ATH-AD2000 and AD700 were all sold because of you my dear K-501. You tamed the sometimes beastly sounding m^3 amplifier. You romanced sweetly with a Woo Audio 6. I will miss you.
