sound card $125-200 for LISTENING to digital audio??

Looking for more choices of sound cards to learn/buy for listening to digital audio, my first priority.

2nd priority is ripping from CD to flac.

I don't need something super-complicated.

So far the only option I've found in my price range is M-Audio Audiophile 192 - High-Definition 4-In/4-Out Audio Card with Digital I/O and MIDI.

Any other ones out there to consider??

Your soundcard won't make any difference in the quality of your ripped files, but PLAYING the files will.... just getting that out of the way. I can't help you with the soundcard as I'm not well versed on what is currently in the market, but best of luck!
