So the title says it all.

I might be making a trade for the K240's and was wondering if these two will be a good match?

Thanks

I got an EF2A and hated it. I would try to avoid it if you can.

Really?

Well it's too late now I already ordered the HiFiman.

It's for my SR225's though. And I read that it goes really well from other members.

But with the K240's, I have no idea.

you can try but probably most likely not. it's output impedance is only acceptable up to 300ohms and i have no idea how much power is driven at 300ohms. the akg 240 sextetts lp are 600ohms and they do need some good amping behind them to be woken up from their slumber. well since you already ordered it just take a listen and see how you like the pairing. have a happy listening.

only acceptable up to 300ohms?  How's that?  Isn't it a high impedance output tube amp?  What's its inherent ohm rating?
