Hi
Im troubleshootinng my dead audio research Ls17 (cat pee). I found that the primary winding on a small transformer is burnt: The transformer supplys the control panel. It´s marked 60013614B on the top and 0630 on the side.
The transformer is supplied with 240V on the primary winding, after the secondary the power is rectified (0.59V voltage drop on every diode), smothed and then marked as 12.7V
What secondary voltage should the transformer have to do this?
My calculations says about 10V AC but it doesn´t sound right.
Ac Voltage * sqroot of 2 - Voltage drop*2 =VDC, is it the right way to calculate?
I tried googling the numbers on the transformer but found nothing.
Does anybode know where I can find a new one?
Ïvé emailed arc, but I gues any other source would be cheaper.
