Hello
I'm looking for some high-end headphones for use with electronic music, unrestricted budget, I would be grateful if you share your experiences with me. They would be for all types of electronic music, house, trance ...

Gear mentioned in this thread:

The Denon AH-D5000 are incredible for electronic. The clarity is amazing at all frequencies, but the bass is really something powerful.

have you been able to compare the D5000 with D7000?, thanks

I have not had the pleasure, unfortunately. Try looking for reviews of each; though - possibly, some reviews might include comparisons.

I have heard the hd650 but have not convinced me, I've seen good reviews from the Edition9 for electronic music. I would like to hear from someone with experience in electrostatic for electronic music.

If you're considering Denons for electornica save yourself some money and pickup the Sony XB500, I love these for some electronica and all D&B, just like the Denons they are loose. If on the other hand you want something fast consider Ultrasone HFI-780 and Pro-900. IMO electronica is boring on HD650/600s

Ultrasone Pro 900s or 750. The 750s are more aggressive while the 900 has more body. Both of them are amazing at electronica.

If the ultrasone are good with electronics, then the best option, should be ultrasone edition 9

If you want to spend that much and have the high-end source and amp to go along with it, then yeah, the edition 9 would be great.
