I was happy with the game, but halftime... What was that?! For about three seconds some techno beat played and there were dancers with helmets and I thought, DAFT PUNK! YES! but then it changed into more Black Eyed Peas Auto-Tune Fail crud.

^It's what the masses want. I didn't see a single person (but me) blast the music on Facebook, they all seemed to love it.

The first half there were no Packer statuses (compared to a normal game), but halftime was entirely, "Black Eyed Peas wtf" "worst show ever" etc...

My friends on Facebook were 50/50 love hate. 

 

In terms of the games, being in California, Everyone is just bandwagon fans. I tend to ignore/not care. I posted a congratulatory status with a note about AA-Rod being from Cal. Staying true to my roots. biggrin.gif

It's a great time to be a Packer fan...and it's fun to see Wisconsin go nuts after their amazing performance in the playoff's. 

 

Green Bay schools just announced that the kids will be let out early on Monday so they can participate in the Packer Welcome Home Celebration.  Gotta love Wisconsin.

I've not watched American Football in about 15 years. I don't care for the fake macho stuff. But, yesterday, I was invited out by some American mates, and had a blast watching it. Go green!
