Does anyone know how to get Eagle to print out in Negative?

Normally, when you print out a layout for etching on paper or transparency,

the image is positive. Meaning where copper will be left is black.

I want to print out in negative. Meaning where copper will be left is clear.

I did this in Photoshop but I'm looking for a way to do it in Eagle directly.

You can do this in the CAM processor.  For the device, choose PS_INVERTED instead of GERBER_RS274X.  That gets you an inverted PostScript file, which you can print in various ways.  If your printer won't accept it directly, you can print it via Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Distiller, Ghostscript....
