I've been a Ry Cooder fan for some time after hearing Bop Till You Drop many years ago. Then I found Terry Evans through AudioQuest recordings. While on a kick for finding older music from my favorite artists on Amazon.com I came across this. If your a fan of any one of these two artists you owe it to yourself to get your hands on a used copy.
So far Get Your Lies Straight, Hey Mama, Keep Your Big Mouth Shut, and So Fine are my faves. the 7:18 min. I Want To Be Close To You, God may be too gospel for some of you, but the guitar and keyboard work is hard to deny. Not to mention Terry Evans spectacular voice.
As always if my head is nodding up and down during the music I know I've got something good. You will too.
