As a former member of their forums and someone who got royally screwed by them a couple of Christmases ago, I have to say that if you have not gotten your refund yet, - and if you paid by Paypal - file a claim against them.  For nearly a year, I went through RMA hell with them trying to get them to honor their waranty on TWO players that NEVER worked.  Mind you, this was after about 3 months of just waiting for a firmware update that would get the players to play.  By the time the firmware came around, and did not work, it was too late to return for a refund.  What I got instead was banned from their forum for daring to criticize them for it, cheated out of over $200.00 (had to twice pay for return shipping), and two players sitting on a shelf that have never worked!  Keep in mind that many of the people there who are raving about MP4 Nation are impressionable noobies and or old favored regulars, many of whom get free players and such - and who do a whole lot of trouble shooting for the owner of MP4 Nation who generally is clueless about many of the players he sells!  By the time I thought to file a claim against them with PayPal, it was too late - so......

Get your money and buy a Cowon, Samsung, Sony, or Sansa knowing that you have US consumer laws to help protect you and your investment.  Trust me, the peace of mind alone is worth it!

I ordered a T51 before Chinese New Year and this is status from HK Post:
The item (RA93869xxxxHK) left Hong Kong for its destination on 2-Feb-2011
2-Feb is eve of Chinese New Year so I do not believe all these excuses given.
I will see how long it will take to reach me during this so call very very busy Chinese New Year.

January order --> 2months wait --> March Shipped --> 2 months using product --> May product died, sent to RMA --> 5 MONTHS RMA HELL --> October they said they sent back the unit --> TODAY I still don't have it in my hands.

Thank you mp4nation. You have taught me that I should be more careful in buying online now. For those with pending orders now, I say good luck. Chinese New Year is next week, and you'll be getting HELL like I did :)

I ordered my M2's and fiio on the 27th, got a shipping confirmation on the 27th Jan, Hong Kong Post tracking shows it was posted on 28th Jan, but Royal Mail track & trace don't have anything. Then again, it's only been a week... I should be patient.

Saying that, I've had Lenses shipped out from HK and Dubai, and they took a week too... I'm not thinking this is MP4 nation's fault... Well, I'm HOPING anyway.
