i saw this really cool effect thingy on a windows vista desktop background. The background looked black, but when u clicked and dragged to make one of those blue square thingys, it changed into a background. for example, if u made a square, everything would be black, but that one square would be the picture. It was kinda like uncovering the background. so does any1 know how to do this?

You know what I find annoying? We still don't have moving desktop backgrounds! If phones can do, my Mac can DEFINITELY do it.

Wasn't there that Dreamscene business Microsoft demonstrated when 7 was announced?

Dreamscape is vista, but its still in 7 sorta. Moving backgrounds have been around since xp, google is your friend.
