Null Audio customer service is horrible

Their service has been horrible, i am still waiting for my cable to be sent. I ordered a cable last month and havent got an email back from them till i filed a paypal dispute.  2 weeks ago they said they were going to send it within 2 days and give me the tracking number but i have still yet to receive it or any sign of it being sent.

Ive actually won the paypal dispute for refund because they didnt even bother to respond. I understand its a one man team run by Kevin Wang, but if he is going to be unavailable for long periods then he should at least put a notice or close his order page.

For any prospective buyers, i suggest you look at Effect audio cables and avoid these guys.

I am sure there are others that are still waiting for their order....

I had no problem with them and he responded all my questions well within a reasonable time. Shipping took about 3 weeks though but in the end all was well.

Speaking of cables.... you guys have to check this out

I've the same misfortune dealing with Null Audio as Flipfire. I eventually got a respond after my third e-mail demanding my refund. After that I was given a date of when the cable was supposed to have been sent out, and that happened once a week for three weeks ( without the tracking number that I demanded of course ). Eventually I received my cable approx. two months after the money was withdrawn from my paypal account. Despite the nasty ordeal the cable's quality and performance is excellent, it's just too bad the little kid down the street selling lemonade has better customer service and professionalism than Null Audio. If there is anyone who is thinking of dealing with Null Audio, consider this a warning because I'm positive my ordeal was not unique.

I didn't have a problem with them; however, the price you pay you would expect superior customer service. I just paid, they told me my cable was out of stock, I changed my order, they shipped off my order with tracking number, and I received my product in a zip-loc bag and a box... Sort of disappointing but the cable was nicely build. The connector wasn't what I ordered but it did the job. for $100+ dollar cables you would expect better... No offense but definitely need to get the business sector straight.

if you're discussing cables, perhaps it would be more appropriate to post in the cable forum. thanks for sharing your experience though. it's important for others to be aware of these things.

Ah i wasnt aware there was a cable forum. If a mod can move it there that would be great cheers

I havent heard a word from the seller since i got my money back, i guess he doesnt care. Though im glad i got the refund back, im gonna spend it on new customs :)

Heres other things to be aware of the null audio cables:
- Its not a perfect fit. The pins are too long making them a little exposed.

- It will never sit flush on the TF10's because of the recessed connectors.
- No memory wire (only a plastic tubing from what ive read)

Well, I do agree that in all reasonableness Kevin should be prompt in his reply. But I can see that Kevin seems to really busy with his local market in Singapore. There’s a discount promotion and lots of people are sending in their TF10 for reshelling and it comes with a Lune cable. Perhaps that’s the reason why foreign orders are slower...

Does any one know how long it take to resheelling TF10. I send my TF10 two months ago and still I don't get it back. I send kevin a e-mail he says there is some problem in custom for material and moving the lab in new place.
