Please recommend some Mark knoffler Albums

I have been enjoying "Sailing to Philidelphia" and have all the Dire Straits Albums.

His past few solo albums have not really impressed me.  Sailing to Philadelphia was probably his best.  It's a shame too, because he's one of the best guitarists.

I couldn't disagree more. I think Knopfler's last 3 solo albums are all outstanding. I think ShangriLa is the best of the bunch, and the newest, Get Lucky, relatively the weakest, with Kill to get Crimson in the middle, but a all three are excellent, IMO. In addition, all three are stunning in terms of sonics - reference/demo quality.
