Pop / click heard on headphone when I move windows or other gui intensive stuff

As the topic states. I am a new head-fi member and just bought my humble rig not to long ago.

FooBar (ASIO) < Xonar Essence STX < GoVibe Amp < DT880 Pro 600ohm

I notice when I am playing audio over foobar and then start moving windows or surf the web, the first instance when I carry out the task there will be this instant short hiss.

I tested just using foobar and not doing anything else and I don't hear this hiss.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

Does your system have integrated or dedicated graphics?

Not sure what setting to use, my Xonar ASIO latency is set at 10ms and for the foobar buffer at 1000ms.
