I know, there are lot's of "which to buy" threads already... But I can't seem to find what I'm looking for - maybe it doesn't exist?
What I need is:
DAC with at least two SPDIF inputs (or one SPDIF and one analog)
Volume control
Remote control of volume and input selection
Sound quality not that important, size not important
300$ max

By the looks of it, I'm asking too much, at least in a one box solution, even if I don't care about SQ? I can find remote controlled preamps without DAC, and DAC's with volume controls without remote. Two-box approach seems the cheapest solution, but I would really like to minimize the number of boxes for this particular setup...
