That's good, but I still don't know which graphics card you have, and if you could tell me the motherboard chipset would help too.

 

But have you done the tweaks on the images I posted?

Yes I did, would the changing of performance options affect my system?

The processor scheduling option is merely going to stabilize your pc, helping with any latency or crackling issues. The performance of your pc will remain the same, only when heavy multitasking, might you feel a difference. The power options will not affect performance at all, as your pc will run at full performance.

Too bad, it doesn't solve the issues totally however minimize it.

Also, I'm assuming you have a branded windows install, which means it comes with both a lot of junk software, and even system configs which are usually never ideal for audio usage. If you can, do a clean install of windows, and build up from there.

I had some issues when restoring/minimizing windows and starting up programs that were solved by increasing the buffer length in the foobar preferences.
