300$ amp?

As in the tittle, i'm going to spend 300$ getting an amp for my ipod video (may be 5th). However, i don't know much about portable amp. I wanna try the arrow since i've seen a lot of mems using it. But i still need advice. My phones are w3 and triple fi.

Santa brought me a Practical Devices XM5 for Christmas. All I can say is WOW versus my previous two headphone amps. I am using a 5th generation iPod with Apple Lossless audio files and Ety ER4 phones with it.

I think it would be worth your time to search for XM5 reviews and read them before making your decision.
