News about HM-601

Because we can not find 2G memory chips in market now, we have to upgrade HM-601's memory to 8G. In addition, we will not give free gift RE-ZERO IEM to HM-601 customers now because winter deal has been finished.

As much as I'd love to buy one of these with the Re-Zeros I'm glad you cut the deal. You guys need to survive as a company more than I need free IEMs.

Also with 8gb of memory onboard now, this player is amazing at the price point.

I concur, it is an amazing price point! I have the 2gb model and I'm very happy with it. The extra 6gb would have been nice though. Oh! Well!

how many hours do u guys get out of the 601 per charge?

my battery seems to get to the halfway mark quite fast...say within an hour or two from a fresh charge..

is this normal? just using off my iem.

my 601 is a few months old ... is the battery upgradable from the manufacturer?

Lorspeaker... The same thing happens to me, but the last half of the charge seems to last a lot longer. I'm assuming this is normal, since we both have the same problem. I get about 9 to 10 hours of playtime per charge.

That's comforting:)
I like the high gain feature, it gives my iems more grip on the music...
So the drainage must have halved the play time..lol.

For this kind of sound quality..I don't mind the nightly charging.tongue.gif

I agree, the player does sound really good! It must sound fantastic with your DBA-02's!

i had a roccooA player that gives a similar sound signature,

but the first time i played the 601, the depth of the soundstage was so obvious in contrast.

The DBA2 is a robust russian, listening to light operas and orchestration is pure joy on the 601.

The warmth of the 601 sweetened the bite of this DBA2...great pairing. This was the thought i had

when i listened to them last evening in my car. ...waiting for my wifezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Now that u mentioned the dba2, i just post this.

I probably should have hung on to my DBA's... I'm really regretting it now, since I purchased the HM-601. I'm glad that you're enjoying the player and the DBA's!
