Just a quick question. I am trying to put together an e7/e9 dac-amp combo for my new dt990/600 cans and I have a bit of a problem. Thing is, I'm broke and can't buy both at the same time. I was wondering if it would be more beneficial to buy the e7 and have a dac I could use as an outboard soundcard (running everything from my laptop) or if I should go ahead and buy the e9 first so I would have an amp that could sufficiently drive the beyers. Pretty much I'm just asking which would make a more noticeable difference by itself. Thanks for the input!
