Deputy service like kuboTEN but for taobao?

This came up on a different forum (watchuseek - my other obsession has reared it's ugly head) and nobody there seemed to have a clue.

 

Yahoo Japan has kuboTEN. Is there a deputy service similar to that, but for china's Taobao auction site?

 

Google didn't turn up much but a stale reference to ChinaUSALink.com - which is down and presumably out of business.

 

I figured our headphone hunters may have better kung-fu than watch hunters. Anybody know?
