Head-direct do not give me refund

I ordered Fiio E7 from head-direct because I saw they have been said as a good distributors here. Before I purchased I asked them whether I can get refund if I return the product and they said I can get refund. They told me to send the Fiio to their US address using USPS. I did send the product and I used tracking number for that. It was delivered, but they said they have not received it yet. 

 

I send many things here in US using USPS and I have never had any troubles like that. I always recheck the destination address before I send the package to USPS.

Please email your tracking number to head.direct@gmail.com. If it showed deliveried status, you should get refund.
