Out of these sound cards, which should I get?

I'm looking for an inexpensive sound card with s/pdif to either hook up to my receiver (which will be a temp setup) or a future dac/headphone amp.  I don't need the sound card for anything else.  I'm using Windows 7 64/bit

 

I'd love to pay under $100 for one but I'm guessing digital is not just digital when it comes to these things.

 

I have looked at these:

 

ESI Juli@

 

E-MU 0404 PCI

 

Musiland Monitor 01 (Nice price on this one!)

 

What do you guys think or are there any others I should look at?

Doesn't your onboard card have a digital out?

I see, well if you just want a digital out then get the cheapest card I guess, it shouldn't make a difference.
